10 x 3 Poho Design Portable Tiny Home 🌱

We have had a good chat with our plumber and if a composting toilet is not the path you want to take he can install a flushing toilet no problem at all, so if your wanting to secure our Tiny Home but a compositing toilet wasn’t something you were wanting to have in your Tiny, we can install a flush toilet at no extra cost.

We have a few extra finishes to do on the internal including install the range hood

The plumbing and gas fit off with certification will be done once purchased so the purchaser can choose between a composting or flush toilet.

Our Tiny has electrical certification, we have also had a few questions around towing the Tiny, this is best done with a pilot vehicle or to be placed on a low loader as it is just over the road legal limit of 3.1 wide but can be transported all over NZ with a Tiny Towing company.

This has been equipped with a 16amp caravan outlet plug.

Electrical fit off is nearly complete, just the installation of our back lit mirror in the bathroom to go.

We are absolutely loving how she is looking now, it feels cozy and ready to become a home.

The team at DC Electricians Limited have been absolutely amazing, we couldn't recommend them enough, from coming out to quote, to Dominique's 100 messages around appliances and right through to final fit off, they have done such an awesome job and have been such a breath of fresh air to deal with and the electrical fit off really gives our Tiny Home the final touch it needed. If you are in the Pukekohe/Franklin area definitely give them a call e te whānau.

Just a reminder, we are wanting to ensure our Tiny Home is utilized for its intended purchase, a home, safe space and provider so once complete if it has not found its new owners we will be looking to put it up for rent on our farm in Patumahoe.

Oven, gas cooktop and range hood have all arrived and will be installed within the next week, our electrical fit off will then be done.

Our electrician has been amazing ensuring we purchase the right appliances for electrical consumption in our Tiny Home.

With living Tiny it's being mindful what wattage the appliances will require to function, all of our appliances have been purchased with this in mind.

Downlights will be installed throughout our Tiny Home, wall plugs with USB charging ports and external lights, then electrical certification will be passed over.

Just over a week before our Tiny goes back up in price 🏠

You can secure this unit for only $135,500.00 until the end of April making it one of the most affordable brand new Tinys on the market.

We have had our wardrobe custom made, which allows space for a washing machine area from the bathroom and different storage options within the wardrobe itself including shelves for shoes, bags, plants or books.

We really wanted to utilize all the space in our Tiny with still allowing it to feel open and spacious, with having the washing machine recessed into the wall it allows an open flow in the bathroom and your composting toilet will go under the window which will still leave a spacious feel in our bathroom area. There will also be a backlit mirror placed above the basin before hand over.

Hāmi has built this Tiny with impeccable craftsmanship and with love knowing this will soon be someone's home.

In May the price will be going up to $137, 000.00.
