That was one of my latest projects t , a small one but a must do one. I save everyone from the before pictures as that was just super dusty tile and gib removal . That’s a new type of bathroom I did called beyond tiles . These are plywood sheets with a water tight surface . Easy and quick to install , with a pre fabricated niche which needs to be measured into the wall . The outcome is pretty nice . This was also only doable with my super reliable colleagues Luke from LVG plumbing +64 21 160 6801 and Stam from SSM electrical 021 663 513 . They are on my site every time I need them for quite a while now. Enjoying the honesty and patience of them . Thanks for helping me and my clients .

This is another example , where the client ask me to do a whole house makeover so the property can get on the market . Obviously there are to many pictures to post but I have a little run down on what I did. Waterblast/ house wash including fence, deck, roof, driveway and gutters . Stained deck, pergola Ann fence . Painting the shed. Clearing all rubbish from property. Pruning plants, bushes and cleaning up w**ds and maintaining it. Driveway w**d removal. Painted all inside the house . Carpet removal . Prep work on walls with holes . Removed handrail sanded down rail and polished brackets , reinstall of rail. Any little repair doorstep, hinges, door adjustment, fixing holes outside wall. Hardyplank repairs. And final handover cleanup of the property . Happy customer overseas and Regan ( Ray White Real Estate) great Agent to work with in regards to several properties I worked with her together.

That was another deck stain project . Scrubbing deck at first and then a double coat of stain . After seeing the outcome client ask if I could do the the handrail( before and after sanding) as well which then made the area looking more complete. Table in the pictures was a bonus to the client , with sanding it off and protecting it with a double coat of vanish . Happy customer again .

That’s one of my other favourite client ( sorry so many favourites). Who ask me to get a customised pergola , basically to break up the long house front . Which I think worked. That is all out of one hand , measuring , cutting , preserving , staining ( 3 coats) and finally installing and setting post in concrete .

That was the second job I did for this client. After a ceiling repair( gib board install, plastering, priming and painting . The outside deck was due for a new stain . I low pressure water lasted the deck , scrubbed it with deck clean . Let it dry and give it a triple load of stain . Again happy customer and I’m sure I will hear from her again .

This is a bit of a longer story. 3 times 3 weeks in Tonga to renovate, repair and improve a property . So pictures would not cover of all what I did over there , just a little sneak peak and what I did. Outside pavings, wardrobe removal ( set to install new readymade ones, next trip), replacing facia boards, replacing gutters, filling gaps and holes inside the house and outside. Build ane w front of the guest building top. Replaced new outside blinds . Refit doors, installed louvre doors and windows , and attached leather handles . Replaced the mosquito/ wire window frames in the house (42) . Next step replacing all the louvre windows . That’s on my next trip probably in June .

That was a landscaping job , but got recommended to this client from one of my favourite clients . Honestly I delayed this a couple of times , because of being to occupied. This client wanted a new staircase from the footpath path to the property . The challenge which you can’t see here was to remove the existing concrete tile stair case . Which need to be jackhammered . But it all went well we installed macrocarpa sleepers, secures the grounds with w**d mat and filled it with white pebbles ( limestone) the racks inside are to limit the pebbles from moving out of the box .
