Our newest team member Isaac (left) got signed up as a carpentry apprentice with BCITO today. 🔨 Excited to pass on my trade skills and see Isaac grow into being a qualified builder.

I installed some privacy screens today, just in time for Christmas. It made a big difference to the space. Swipe right to see the before pictures.

Another handrail replacement completed. There wasn’t much holding the old rail up. I replaced the boundary joists. Rebuilt with 90x90 posts. I also added extra joist and post to bearer connections. The deck is much safer now. Swipe to see the before pic.
