Here is the 10-second science: Plants literally eat light.
Through a magical process called photosynthesis, plants use sunlight to turn water and carbon dioxide into sugars (fuel) and oxygen.

what a master stroke. Pachelbel's Canon and the beautiful Native New Zealand Bush backed up only by Tui and other Native birdsong. The only interruption - the loud swoosh of the Kereru Duo taking flight amongst the top canopy.

Normally my bush walks are alot more rugged, longer and very muddy but how delightful was this experience.

Everytime I am in the bush I am reminded why we need to be connected to plants, nature and the natural environment. I am invigorated for my work when I return to the bush and am reminded why Biophilic Design needs to be at the core forefront of all our spaces, design and planning.
