Research & Development. 🎂

It tastes really good… but I still feel like it’s missing something. And until I find that missing piece, I’ll keep going.

Ube has never been my favourite flavour. But maybe that’s why I keep challenging myself to create one that could change even my own mind.🤭

If everything comes together, I have a feeling this might become my favourite ube cake yet.

Something to look forward to. 💜

I didn’t know the people who ordered a cake from me yesterday were also the owners of SUGBA here in our neighbourhood in Manurewa.

We finally got to try their food, sobrang naenjoy ko sa sarap! The sisig is definitely a must-try. 🤤

Officially landed in Canada! 🇨🇦

Another country added to my Ensaymadas’ journey. Freshly baked in my home kitchen in Auckland, then carefully packed and hand-carried by my sister-in-law all the way to Canada.

I’m really happy knowing something I made here at home is now being enjoyed by family on the other side of the world. 🥰

P.S. We don’t ship our baked goods because they are highly perishable.
