Our team is proud to have delivered the full architectural, planning, and civil design for this boutique four-lot subdivision in the heart of Massey. Perched atop a prominent ridgeline, this three-storey multi-generational residence in Manurewa showcases LW Architecture’s ability to deliver high-density, site-responsive homes that balance lifestyle aspirations with planning complexity. Designed for a private homeowner on a greenfield site, the dwelling features expansive living and entertainment zones, with panoramic views in all directions.

The project presented significant consenting challenges due to its location within a Ridgeline Protection Overlay, triggering strict controls on building height, exterior colours, and landscaping. Our team worked closely with Council specialists to carefully navigate these constraints — achieving a well-considered outcome that satisfied both regulatory and client objectives.
