More flat and useable space was the clients desire!

Here’s what we achieved!
-retaining wall to bring the ground level up
-lower planter boxes to carry on the existing look
-drainage to sort out the copier amounts of rain Auckland’s been delivering 🙄

Now for the grass to grow and it will perfect for backyard cricket 😁

Check out this deck re-lay! Great cost effective way to increase value of your home! (If the structure is still ok)

Old deck was rotten/rotting and didn’t have the appropriate air and drainage gaps around the house (which can cause cladding to rot, and that’s not ideal)
