Just completed an awesome pathway thru a bush section connecting the house to a BBQ area I worked on a couple years ago I’ve also done a deck here so very fond off this property and always a pleasure to work on 👌

One of the biggest jobs of the year with many jobs, all done at one go with very understanding customers.
Renovating a lounge removing a chimney replacing it with a custom tv cabinet and hiding all the wiring, patching the floor and fixing the ceiling.
Bathroom was relined with a new bath and shower fitted new tiling and water proofing, the toilet was done to match.
A new larger custom wardrobe / linen cupboard built in the hallway.
finally after stripping the three layers off old lino ( big thanks dad and Leo), a new floating floor was installed and a modified a cupboard was fitted were the old hot water cylinder was
Hot water changed too gas

Well 2022 has been a great year I've been too busy too post many projects but i'll put a few off my projects up over the next few weeks.
This deck was a mission with the existing poles all in different places and degrees off straightness ;-) ,The owner was a delight and went with my idea off using Retaining 6x2 timber as decking and it came out fantastic and so solid. The glass work at the end topped it off nicely. I loved the end result even if my back hated those 6x2's .

And restoring with demo Kauri and new Kauri distressed to match
Very Rewarding
A new modern Wardrobe in the master bedroom to be fitted to the new wall
Will up date as I go 😊

Well just an update, Covid is proving difficult to live with but I’m pleased that I’m double vaccinated and take caution on a daily basis, as my part in trying too keep NZ safe.
I’m also a Winz Approved contractor now so i can provide services for Winz clients if their case mangers contact me personaly .

Another wardrobe that had some designer angles , great out come and blended in like it was always ment to be their .
I so enjoy these and seem to be our thing lately.
