Another beautiful Go Tiny Home despatched this week. This home was built for an elderly lady to be placed on her property overlooking the most gorgeous view. She designed her home with us for her specific requirements, as she aged. Accessible bathroom featuring walk-in shower, grab rails, extra height toilet suite, wall hung basin and a fully waterproof non-slip Tarkett flooring wrapped slightly up the walls. Her kitchen "must have" was a corner pantry, plenty of drawers, a hob, no oven as she is unstable on her feet so can't hold items with two hands. She also wanted a separate laundry in her home plus a spacious living area for her furniture and china cabinet and a large window in her bedroom to take in her view. We managed to meet her needs and wants in a 12x4 metre home- just stunning!! Check out the walk-through videos below

Does your Tiny Home need a Council consent?
This is not a trick question. The answer is yes.
There are many companies and organisations who mislead and say it's a "grey area", it's not!
If your Tiny Home has a kitchen or bathroom and your intention is to live in your Tiny Home, it requires a consent.
All Go Tiny Homes are supplied with a CCC and we can help you with consenting your home on your property.

Our clients home is on its way to Stanmore Bay, Whangaparaoa. Some excitement for the locals as they see this home placed on site. Universal Cranes New Zealand are one of our trusted suppliers. Our service includes a Go Tiny Homes director travelling with the home to site to ensure the house is taken care off until it's placed on its foundations. How's that for true service?

Sorry not sorry!!! If you're shopping for a Tiny Home on price alone we are not going to be your first choice. We make no excuses for how well we construct our homes. They are built "just like a normal residential home" with solid construction methods - no dodgy internal panels that remain cold and can harbour moisture year round. We provide walls that don't weep with condensation.
