Proposed addition to a hilltop home in Maraetai with panoramic views opening out to a new swimming pool area.

Designed for maximum enjoyment of the views with the flexibility of being able to create a separate TV lounge using operable wall panels.

Another completed renovation designed by Kraftworx architecture.

The tired kitchen and laundry were removed to open up the to the living space and create a connection to an under-utilised outdoor area.

Our clients are very social and love to entertain, he cooks and she provides stimulating conversation :) So they wanted a kitchen they could entertain in and we came up with the idea of the T shaped island.

Kraftworx designed the kitchen and .nz made and installed it to their very high standards. A large over-cladding sliding door provides a seamless transition from the kitchen to a new outdoor entertaining deck with stairs to a lower level fire pit and spa pool area.
