Early conceptual work for a family holiday home in Sumbawa, Indonesia for concrete maestro’s .
A concrete skelton with timber feature elements. The layout is centered around a central courtyard & pool with high views out the surrounding hills beyond. We look forward to developing and refining this in the new year and fingers crossed for a site visit 😉🏄‍♂️

The existing Villa will largely be retained and traditional detailing added where it has been removed over the years.
A new modern mono pitch structure opening out to west facing back year will be added via smaller link space to create a visual separation.
Looking to lodge Resource consent early in the New Year.

An original 1980’s Lockwood bach in Omaha reimagined.

An extensive reconfigured to create an open plan kitchen, dining and living arrangement that open out to large sunny decks to both the front and rear yards.

A new modern vertically clad black cedar rectangular form has been inserted and houses the kitchen and associated cabinetry to the interior side with a dedicated fish filleting station and exterior shower to the exterior.
