129 apartments. The full building facade. A lot of work in between.

Resolution Arch — our sister company — took on the full remediation of this 17-level building, enclosing the northern balconies with a curtain wall, replacing the fibre cement cladding, resolving the leaking junctions, fitting a new roof, and upgrading the eastern balustrades.

The finished building lets in more light, keeps out the noise, and finally works the way it should for the people who own it.

The ROKI Hotel is a world-class luxury hotel on the shores of Lake Wakatipu in Queenstown designed by Sumich Chaplin Architects. Fifteen suites each include a fireplace, bathtub and spectacular views, while the top floor contains a seven-bedroom suite with private lift access, balcony spa, sauna and open fireplace.

Three key hospitality spaces are integrated throughout the design: The Library Bar, a cosy wine and cocktail lounge; The Terrace, offering dining and drinks with panoramic views; and Essence, a fine dining restaurant. Each space is carefully resolved architecturally to enhance its experience and setting. A luxurious spa and wellness centre completes the experience.

The Creative Arch team worked in collaboration with Sumich Chaplin and were responsible for the building consent and construction documentation.

In St Heliers, this established coastal home has been transformed into 750m² of open-plan, luxurious living. Set on a rare site within one of Auckland’s most tightly held coastal enclaves, the renovation balances respect for its original street presence with expansive, light-filled interiors. To the rear, a new pool and pool house create a rare inner-city oasis — a private, resort-like setting made for entertaining. An epic transformation, delivering scale, luxury, and lifestyle in one of the city’s most sought-after locations.
