We had a great experience attending the opening of Te Pae ō Ōruamōkai yesterday morning.

It was special to have Te Kawerau ā Maki iwi bless and formally welcome us into the new marine recreation centre for water sports at Hobsonville Point.

We’re proud to see everyone’s efforts come together over the course of this project, and we look forward to the Hobsonville community enjoying this hub for years to come.

An awesome experience and a big thankyou to Blum Group New Zealand for taking us through their showroom and factory, talking through all their ranges, as well as a kitchen scullery setup, home office space and wardrobing.

Some tour highlights included, the Revego pocket system being demonstrated in full use and Blum’s factory, which has an automated stacking/order system.

We’re incredibly proud to share that Birkenhead Zion Apartments have been recognised as Highly Commended in the Multi-Unit Home of the Year 2026 by HOME New Zealand

This project reflects a considered approach to Multi-Unit Housing, one that balances resilience, community, and respect for its surroundings.

Organised around shared circulation and landscaped outdoor spaces, the design encourages casual interaction between residents while maintaining privacy within each apartment. Careful orientation captures sunlight and distant views, while robust, low-maintenance materials ensure durability and longevity.

A big thank you to Elaman Property and the wider project team who contributed their passion, creativity, and expertise to bring this vision to life!
