Ōpapa available tonight at 8pm online! I am so thrilled to bring ōpapa into our colour pallet. It fits in so well and makes everything make shine! I believe colour and glaze has become something we do really well. We design and mix all our own glazes from scratch, this practice takes allot of experimenting, research and glaze knowledge. Over the years and years of making glaze this knowledge and glaze catalog has become quite intensive which allows us to offer a wide range of tones. The colour pallet we offer online in our everyday range is showcasing the best of our glazes that represent who we are and where we are going. Mauri ora!

Ōpapa a new glaze we have been mulling over. This glaze is a celebration of one of our favourite glaze ingredients rutile. Ōpapa has a stunning warm, honey, illuminating character which I can’t wait for you to see. has made a pigment paint to match and i’ll paint some hand painted thank you cards.

With winter well and truely setting in, tea can be the un-sung hero of wellness. Rongoa is so brilliant for the ills, sine of my go-tos are kumarahou and honey for coughs, kawakawa and hibiscus for early cold symptoms, nettle for low iron and kawakawa & peppermint for sore puku. We designed the little pōtae bowls to sit over the mug to keep the steam in for extra goodness.

It is so wonderful to have such great stockist like , her jewels are such a nice match with our ceramics. Dot dash rings sitting pretty on our pōtae bowl in pōuriuri green. We love these little dishes for keeping your tea warm and brewing or perfect for special pieces like your rings.

Deliciousness at featuring pōuriuri pasta bowls and hōrua mini plates. We have our pre-order dinnerware still available, the best part is you can have these glazed in any of our tones; kirikiri, mā, muka, clear, māwhero, karamea, hōrua, pōuriuri, aumoana, torea pango and new colour ōpapa.

We did lots of glazing and fitting this week! We have fahd a good re-stock of pōuriuri with a new and improved glaze recipe! We also have a new glaze tone we have been quietly work on and the pieces are starting to come out and it’s glorious. This Saturday i’ll have the studio open for the long weekend visitors.

Last week we made a nice range of vases and because of this stunning weather they have dried really well and will be fired this week. Some will be off to and the rest will be available for a special release online.
