Thuja occidentalis 'Smaragd' makes a great statement plant in the garden and looks amazing in pots or containers.
It features bright emerald-green foliage which looks great all year round, forming a naturally tight narrow conical column reaching 3-4 meters high.
Planting them in a row as a border backdrop or down a driveway is a stunning easy care solution.

Feijoas are a Kiwi favorite across all generations 🥰 with their sweet aromatic flesh fruiting in autumn to early winter.They are very easy to grow for the home gardener.
Plant them in full sun and well -drained soil, they're even fine planted in coastal areas.
We recommend planting two different varieties to increase fruit size and yield.
Feijoa Apollo and Mammoth have large oblong fruit and Feijoa Kakapo, Unique (medium to large fruit) and Pounamu a smooth skinned variety.

A lovely selection of Deciduous Ornamental trees have arrived this week, I can't help but admire the red stems of Acer Sango Kaku Senkaki and the bright orange stems of Acer Japanese Sunrise.What a brilliant show they would add to your garden at this time of year.🍁
There are white flowering and pink flowering weeping cherry trees, plus my favorite Prunus yedonensis Awanui, an upright flowering cherry with clusters of pale pink single flowers. It flowers so freely, it looks amazing mid-winter.🌸

Evergreen Azaleas do very well in Aucklands mild climate.They produce masses of blooms from winter through spring.
Plant them in free-draining soil, in partial shade(avoid very hot harsh sun spots).
Mulching can help keep their surface roots from drying out in Summer and Evergreen Azaleas prefer a slightly acidic fertiliser.They also look great in pots, be sure to give them consistent watering over summer.
Choose from varieties such as Red Wings, Charlie, ChaCha, Autumn Lily and Mrs Kint Red
