Trivet Restaurant, the newest edition of the Marriot Hotel in Albert St, Auckland.

Blending organic textures with warm wood tones and custom-made elements. The all-day eatery has a distinctively international feel while remaining a point of celebration for New Zealand's diverse multi-cultural food scene.

The lighting design had to be flexible, adapting to each dining setting to create a warm atmosphere. The selected Flos, iGuzzini luminaires, and bespoke items perform in alliance with the design objectives.

The Auckland Historic Chief Post Office, a category 1 historic building, recently re-opened after a significant refurbishment, in which the exterior lighting was replaced with iGuzzini fittings Trick 180, Linealuce Compact, Underscore Inout & Palco Inout.

Preserving the heritage, and returning it to its former glory, the lighting job emphasises period features, landmark presence and the historic stature of the design.
