Bathrooms are one of those spaces where the small decisions usually end up making the biggest difference.

Most issues don’t come from the tiles themselves. They come from rushed planning, late selections, poor set-outs, or trades trying to work around decisions that were made too late in the process.

Something as simple as changing tile sizes can affect drainage falls, waterproofing, plumbing locations, or how the entire room lines up visually once everything’s installed.

That’s why we always push for these conversations early.

The best bathrooms usually aren’t the ones with the most expensive finishes. They’re the ones where the planning was thought through properly from the beginning, from tile layouts and set-outs right through to waterproofing and floor preparation.
