Industrial grade coatings.
We've just finished another Vector sub-station floor. Been quite a while since I've seen a floor with so much cracking. All had to diamond ground with our hand grinders. Applied a moisture barrier in Blue ( tinted for another job).

A few hours patching holes and cracks. Applied a Heavy coat of Tuff Floor 41 solvent free epoxy.

Back this morning for some more patching, sanding and final top coat of 41 with fine antislip additive.. Medium Grey RAL 7040 (window grey).

Cretecova resurfacing is a great way to make your floors come alive. We took this old coloured concrete floor in a brown colour, diamond ground the surface and added a 2mm thin layer of polymer cement in "Bone" colour. Rescribed the tile pattern (approx 1M squares). Colour washed it and applied 2 coats of sealer.

Why do people apply coatings without prep????? about 6 months ago someone came in and sprayed epoxy over these tiles - Surprise, it peeled off.

We can and ground them to remove the paint and most of the glaze (scratched the glaze that is left. Applied a moisture barrier/primer and applied 2 coats of polyaspartic. Edges black and main access light grey.

When you pull up some vinyl expecting to just grind and resin coat and find up to 25mm of leveler that is not bonded well in some spots and well bonded in others. Easy 25 bags for a Saturday morning.
