A Norfolk Island Pine we removed for a school in Pakuranga today. Unfortunately the tree was damaging the main sewage pipe to the school so had to go. We stripped off the branches then with the help of a hiab lifted down the stem in sections which were then transported off site. We then ground out the stump using our tracked stump grinder.

A Norfolk Island pine we removed in Manurewa. We used a controlled speed line to bring all the branches away from the house and fence below and over to the chipper. The mulch is going to be used for the paths in the garden below and the firewood split for next winter.

Reducing an Oak tree at a retirement village in Epsom today. The tree was suffering with die back at the tips as well as getting too close to the surrounding buildings so reducing it allowed the retirement village to keep the tree whilst removing the deadwood and generally making it much safer.
