Hey there I am hoping to find our half sister. I don't have much info but what I do know is her name is ANDREA, she will be 44 now, born in 1980 in either DUNEDIN or possibly CHCH. Not sure of her mother's name but the mothers dad was a cop. The mother was 15 when she fell pregnant with Andrea. I have this baby photo of her also. Any help is appreciated please & thanks.
