As you may now be aware, as of midnight last night Auckland was back in Level 3, initially for 72 hours. We at Constant Building Management will continue, as always to consider what on-site activities are absolutely necessary and how to safely operate based on each individual circumstance.

We will continue to pay very close attention to the cleaning of communal areas, particularly disinfecting all high use areas of the buildings.

We now know how to adapt to these ever changing circumstances and will continue to be here for any questions or concerns you may have regarding any common area or maintenance issues during these changing times.

Please continue to scan into each building using the provided QR codes, follow all hygiene guidelines and continue to play your part in the fight against COVID-19.

New Zealand will move to Alert Level 3 from 11.59pm, Monday 27 April. Constant Building Management will continue to carefully consider what on-site activities are absolutely necessary and how to safely operate based on each individual circumstance. We will continue to meet the health and safety and public health requirements as advised. This includes thorough attention to all appropriate hygiene measures, particularly in high use areas of the buildings.

Be assured our team has been here and will continue to be for any questions or concerns you may have regarding any common area or maintenance issues during these strange times.

We look forward to hitting the ground at full speed when it is safe to do so.

Coronavirus Covid-19

With a rising number of confirmed cases in the Auckland City area and many more worldwide, people are understandably anxious about how to protect the spaces we move in.

Constant Building Management is working to consider how to best prepare for this new environment we find ourselves in. Our main focus will be ensuring the buildings are safe, compliant and clean. We are taking your health and wellbeing seriously and have implemented extra cleaning and hygiene measures within the common spaces, especially around lifts, door hardware, and high use areas.

Please continue to follow the advice provided by the Ministry of Health and the WHO (World Health Organisation)
- Avoid close contact with anyone who is sick
- Avoid touching your face - eyes, nose, mouth
- Stay at home if you are unwell
- If you are concerned please call the NZ Covid-19 helpline 0800 358 5453
- Cover your cough/sneeze
- Wash your hands often with soap for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available use hand sanitiser with at least 60% alcohol-based content.

This is a rapidly developing situation and therefore we will continue to review our practices as needed with the health, safety, and wellbeing of our staff, residents, and communities as our highest priority.
