Ngā Awa Block has won Silver recently at the NZ Commercial Project Awards 2025!

Proud to see the Ngā Awa Block recognised in the Civic category for design, sustainability, and innovation.

Judges praised its multifunctional design, efficient prefab construction, and standout cross-laminated timber staircase.

Big thanks to Rangitīkei District Council and the Taihape Community for commissioning CAA as architects and thanks to W & W Construction for bringing it to life!
