Next up is Campbell!

Campbell is a qualified joiner and our CNC programmer, and has been a valued member of the Nazareth Joinery team for over six years.

His favourite projects to work on are painted shaker-style kitchens, where craftsmanship and attention to detail really shine.

When he's not at work, you'll find Campbell out hunting, enjoying a trip on the jetski, catching live concerts, or relaxing with friends at the pub.

Next up, meet our in-house designer, Ashlea!

Ashlea is the creative mind behind many of the kitchens that come through Nazareth Joinery. She's currently putting the finishing touches on her Diploma in Kitchen Design and has been a valued part of the team for the past two years.

One of Ashlea's favourite parts of the job is the variety that comes with kitchen design. No two projects are ever the same, and she loves creating unique spaces that not only look great but also challenge our workshop team to bring her ideas to life.

When she's not designing kitchens, you'll usually find her working on home renovation projects, baking up a storm in the kitchen, or spending quality time with her family.

Fun fact: Ashlea is absolutely dog-crazy! If there's a dog nearby, chances are she's already made a new best friend.

Next up, we have Sumaya!

Sumaya is one of our apprentices and has been part of the Nazareth Joinery team for the past three years. During her time with us, she has continued to grow her skills and knowledge across a wide range of joinery projects, becoming a valued member of the workshop team.

She enjoys the variety that comes with the job, with no two days being the same. Whether she's helping bring a custom project to life or learning new techniques, she's always willing to take on a challenge and expand her skillset.

Outside of work, you'll find her staying active and chasing adventure. She loves playing football and spending time paragliding, combining her competitive spirit with her love of the outdoors. Whether she's on the field or soaring through the sky, she's always looking for her next challenge.

We're proud to have Sumaya as part of the Nazareth Joinery team and look forward to seeing where her apprenticeship journey takes her.

Next up, meet Kelly!

Kelly is a qualified joiner who has been a valued part of the Nazareth Joinery team for the past 19 years. Over that time, he’s built a wealth of experience and a real passion for detailed timber kitchens and fine craftsmanship. His skill, precision, and eye for detail shine through in every project he works on.

Kelly’s not usually one for smiling in photos, so we were pretty surprised we managed to get one out of him for this team shoot!

When he’s not in the workshop creating beautiful custom joinery, you’ll most likely find him outdoors hunting or fishing and making the most of the Kiwi outdoors.

Meet Leigh - Director of Nazareth Joinery, and unofficially known as the mother, father, mediator, advisor, and finance manager of the team.

Leigh’s journey with Nazareth Joinery began 21 years ago when he started as an apprentice. Through years of hard work, dedication, and craftsmanship, he worked his way through the business before officially becoming Director and Owner in 2017.

His passion lies in custom detailed kitchens, timber craftsmanship, and intricate mouldings - the kind of work that brings character and quality to every project.

Outside of work, Leigh loves making the most of the outdoors, whether it’s day walks, diving, boating, or tackling a 4WD adventure.

Fun fact: Leigh is a huge engine and vehicle enthusiast and is currently (very slowly!) building two 4x4 project vehicles.
