🏡 Our New Villa Range is Taking Shape!

A week ago we gave you a sneak peek at one of our brand-new villa plans, fresh from the architect's desk. The response was fantastic, and we're pleased to announce that all four plans in this exciting new range are now complete.

The range includes:
✨ Two 136m² villa designs
✨ Two 150m² villa designs

Designed with character and inspired by traditional villa styling, these homes are perfectly suited to everything from narrow urban sections to spacious rural settings.

The floor plans are now complete, and our pricing guide is available for anyone who would like further information. The 3D render is currently being finalised and not too far away – we'll share it as soon as it arrives.

These homes are supplied as ready-to-build kitset packages to be constructed on site by your local builder.

A few photos from late last week, along with some sunshine-filled shots from Monday. ☀️

There's plenty happening around the yard at the moment. Our H-shape home is progressing nicely, with the kitchen now installed in the first section, along with a fantastic feature wall. Part 3 of this build has also had its windows installed. 🔨

We're also underway with the subfloor for our next client build, which will soon be heading to Culverden. 🚛 Dave G and Tim loaded the truck on Friday and were in Culverden yesterday pouring piles. By all accounts it was a very frosty start to the day! ❄️ The first of 2 homes to Culverden will be heading South in the next week.

It's always great to see our homes taking shape, both here in the yard and on site. 😊

Take a first look at one of our brand-new villa plans, fresh from the architect's desk.

Following the launch of our larger villa homes, we've had plenty of enquiries from people looking for something a little smaller. In response, we're currently developing four new villa designs — two at 136m² and two at 150m².

These homes are supplied as a kitset package to be constructed on site by your local builder.

This is our first 136m² design, and it's so new that there hasn't been time for 3D renders or to complete the pricing, but we wanted to give you an early look at what's coming.
