So. This one was a bit of a process. It all started with a good garden clean out just to get the lay of the land. Then some edging was put in for boundaries to the garden and new stone chip areas. One for seating and one for the washing line. Queue a wee 4 month hiatus then we whipped up a few Macrocarpa planter boxes. Queue another wee pause then it was back to build the Pergola. And as you can see these guys loved it so much the furniture was moved in before I could take a decent photo

This was a fun one. Part one of a build. These clients had lots of space. But never used it. Cue 48m2 Kwila decking and look at the transformation. These guys were so happy with the outcome they couldn’t wait to get their new furniture onto it. And it still has loads of space. Keep your eyes peeled for part two. Well here’s a Doozie I have just completed. It went from a simple remove the big Willow tree and unwanted deck area. Re- clad the remaining deck in Kwila and patch repair the grass. Well that didn’t turn out to be so easy. The existing Sub frame was not up to standard and difficulties with the joinery created a few headaches. But the clients were great in understanding the ways to get around the problem. So with a complete redesign and them going “all in”. We have a split level deck and step with three built in planter boxes and a whole 95m2 new lawn brought to the correct heights. Garapa and other supplies from and Turf from . Both great suppliers always making my job easier

this was one labour of love. a very un-unique and un-inspiring lawn edge and old dumping ground of a garden. these clients wanted a subtle but stunning change and boy do these Black granite setts from look the business. curves are never easy but when they are done right they look great. also layer some sandy natural 600's from again just making a few design changes to a similar set out can make it look so much better. watch this space. this was only stage 1.

finally got to finish the one. Fence and gate were done a while back. now the clients have decided to get it ready for market. it certainly looks Tip Top compared to the before photos. Readylawn Christchurch always good to deal with when getting the lawn down. One Stop Deck Shop for all of the timber and supplies for the good looking and secure fence.

a few posts to follow.
we've been abit busy so trying to post a few in a row to show you what we've been upto.
the clients pool liner was replaced so the Bullnose pavers had to come up. we decided to replace them with new sandy bull nose 300mm by 600mm Charcoals from . client was stoked. also regrouted the entire area.

This is one I was on a week or so ago. Great tidy up of the garden and creating lots of Xtra space by removing some well over grown plants. Then we added some proper paving to the front door with a solid grout finish. Urban Paving. Patched in the new lawn areas with turf from Readylawn Christchurch and the new lawn edging timber came from One Stop Deck Shop. All in all the client was stoked with how it all came out.

So, been a bit busy to post lately. Finished this one a wee while ago. All our works done now the client can enjoy their hobby of gardening. Some lovely Kwila gates matching the deck. Gate frames from the good people at industry's in chch. Timber from , fixings from .nz and the lawn comes from . Oh and the irrigation we installed came from .nz. Im glad the clients chose these options it really sets their property apart from the neighbour's
