To all our valued customers, apologies for not bringing this to your attention sooner. IAL’s new asphalt plant has been delayed opening owing some commissioning issues out of our control. These have been resolved and the hope that we will be in a position to start manufacturing at the end of January.
Again we thank you for your patience and understanding and look forward to serving you once we are operational.

To all our valued customers,

As most of you are aware Isaac Asphalt Ltd (IAL) is in the process of upgrading our asphalt plant operations with a new asphalt batching plant. We have been running the old plant as long as we can to continue to supply you while the new plant is being installed, however at some point we need to shut off the old plant and connect the power and Bitumen to the new plant. This impending closure has been communicated several times, however I wanted to confirm that actual dates for everyone so there was no misunderstanding and what IAL has put in place to accommodate you while we are closed.

So to that end, the plan is to shutdown the old plant after normal operations on Friday 8th December 2023. All asphalt supplies will be available from Fulton Hogan Ex Miners Road plant and will be invoiced by Isaac Asphalt Ltd. Fulton Hogan have requested you book your requirements by 12pm the day before to allow them to organise their program to accommodate you.

The new plant is scheduled to be commissioned over the Christmas and New Year holiday period with a planned start up date to supply of 15th January 2024.

IAL apologises for the inconvenience this will cause during this time and appreciates your understanding.

Just to inform our clients and suppliers, the Isaac Quarry entrance and exit gates will be open from 0930am Friday 21st July. There is a new route in and out and NO "'U'' Turns to be made when departing the Weighbridge. If you require to go back to the Asphalt plant, Isaac Laboratory or Quarry you will follow the Loop road round the transport yard and Lab.
Be Aware there are still some minor works continuing around the weighbridge which has temporary traffic control.

Isaac Asphalt will be closed on Friday 28th July 2023 for the day owing to a power outage to allow for an upgrade to the ICWT property. Apologies for any inconvenience this will cause.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to inform everyone that the new asphalt plant scheduled to be installed at Isaac Asphalt Ltd is taking shape. The foundations work began on Monday this week and is well underway.

Hello valued customer's just an update on the entrance gate closure. I have just had confirmation the Isaac Quarry entrance gate and exit gates will close this evening at 5pm and will remain closed for approx. 4 weeks. There is alternative routes into the Isaac property to gain access to the asphalt plant. I sent an email to all with a diagram of the route, please ref to this for entry. Alternatively you can gain access through the Ashby gate.

To all our valued customers, just an update on the road works and entry into the Isaac property via the Quarry gates. These entry and Exit gates will be closed form 24th April 2023 while work is being completed. Other routes have been identified during this time and will be sign posted. An email with the map has been sent to those i have email address for. Apologies for the photo.

To all our valued customers. Over the next few months you will see some construction works being carried out at Isaac Asphalt Ltd. This is owing to the impending new asphalt plant. The construction works will be foundations works firstly which will mean the entry and exit to the Asphalt plant will change. These works are programmed to start early in April and continue throughout the following 3 months or so.
Just to be clear, this is not part of the roading project currently underway outside the quarry entrance gate.

Entry to the load out silos will be from the exit point of the silos whereby you will have to slowly reverse under to allow access to the loadout activation button the driver's press. Please take extra care while reversing and if you require assistance contact the operator or one of IAL's team.

The old asphalt plant will be turned off around the end of July to allow for the aggregate feed system to be replaced and the commissioning of the new plant. The plan is to be back in full operation by the start of the new season (Sept 2023)

We do apologise for the inconvenience this will cause, however this is a much needed upgrade and we hope to see you all back once we are back up and running.

Owing to the Christmas break being over the some part of weekends again this year we will not have enough days available to complete the much needed maintenance which is required to allow us to continue to supply you throughout 2023. Therefore, Isaac Asphalt Ltd will close at 12pm lunchtime on Friday 16th December 2022 and reopening on Monday 9th January 2023. IAL apologises for the inconvenience this may cause.
Fulton Hogan will be operating up to the 22nd December 2022 and closing thereafter reopening 17th January.
From all of us here at IAL, we would like to thank you for your continued loyal support over the years and especially throughout the past 3 years which is still having an impacted us all.
