🏡 Project Update!
We've designed this home where the owner wanted a functional layout — complete with a 3-car garage, smart living areas, and great indoor–outdoor flow.
A key request from the owner was to have lots of gables at the front, and we’re happy to say — it turned out amazing! 🙌
For this gable design, no SED (Specific Engineering Design) was required — our team relied on our experience, construction knowledge, and chord truss detailing to achieve the look and performance without engineering input.
