First impressions of a property start before anyone's even walked through the front door.
This project was about taking a plain front lawn and garden and turning it into something more modern, more considered, and a lot more intentional from the street.
We kept it simple and low maintenance - new edging and stonework for shape and definition, fresh lawn, structured planting to soften the space, feature boulders, a timber letterbox, and decorative stone that contrasts nicely against the existing brick.

It's one of the first things you notice, yet it's often the unsung hero of a property.

Even the simple establishment of garden beds with some low maintenance planting like we've installed here can go a long way to keeping things tidy and adding both structure and privacy to the property.

Ready lawn is a good option when you don’t want to wait around for results.

You get that instant, clean finish straight away, and it holds up really well through winter when seed can struggle to establish properly.

Some people want low maintenance, others want something a bit fuller and changing through the seasons. We always try to find that balance so it looks tidy but doesn’t become a chore.

Pavers are a solid option when you want something that’s going to handle wear, stay low maintenance, and still look clean. A lot of it comes down to the prep though - getting the base right so everything sits how it should and lasts.
