Originally constructed as a temporary student union building at the University of Canterbury following the Canterbury earthquakes, this structure was born out of necessity—to provide a space for connection, resilience, and student life during a time of upheaval. Years later, it has been given a completely new life, dismantled, relocated and transformed into a vibrant community facility at All Saints Anglican Church in Burwood.

We have thoroughly enjoyed working directly with the church on this project

Construction is well underway at Three Lanes on Lyttelton Street, and it's been a rewarding project to be a part of. With steady progress, this new affordable housing development will soon offer comfortable, sustainable living spaces for the community.

Looking for affordable housing in the heart of Christchurch?

Significant progress is underway at Three Lanes Lyttelton Street, where we’re building 12 townhouses with 2 to 3 bedrooms, all ready for new owners by the end of the year.

These homes are part of our Secure Home leasehold programme, providing low-to-median income families with children a pathway to affordable home ownership.
