BTW, this morning was rocking and rolling with customers still plenty to choose from though. Don't forget 20% off Fairy Garden accessories. Such a great intergenerational activity.
Also I have just remembered to bring out my large Aloe vera plants $15 and my insectivorous pitcher plants $15, where flies and such crawl inside and can't get back out. AND they have the most unusual flowers on right now!

This is an inspiring article of "must tries" for NZ'S next growing season. While certain cultivars herein are unavailable in NZ there is usually a "next best thing".
Meanwhile we are putting our Gardens to bed for the winter here and it is an ideal therapy for the Shutdown.

Stuck at Home? Keep your sanity in the garden! Now you have the chance to catch up with weeding and digging over the vege garden for a green manure crop. Get some brassicas in and check out the Kings seeds catalogue to see what is good to sow now. The Yates garden club has a monthly advice newsletter you can get on their website and subscribe to guide you. Personally I love beetroot so I hope to sow some quickly or I will have to wait until Spring and I am trying to clean up the flower beds aswell.
The heavy rain right now will soften the ground and make the ground more workable. Make the most of this quarantine time at home and stay well.
