Empathy Architecture

To create requires positive energy and ideas that help others. This requires the emotion of Empathy to understand how others feel and what is healthy for the natural world.

Scientists have advised developers about problems such as climate change, species extinctions, water pollution, etc. Politicians have advised developers about problems of expensive housing, a lack of housing and jobs, social problems and health problems associated with poor housing. Empathy Architecture acknowledges these problems but doesn't seek to point the finger at people causing the problems because such an act would cause people to feel pain. Protesting the acts of others is aggressive and creates an unhealthy vibe. Telling others to change isn't constructive. To bring healthy change requires positive energy that improves the situation for all involved.

Empathy Architecture is a capitalist endeavor to create landscapes that make money or bring wealth to society. The idea is to acquire land peacefully then to create a development that brings peace to society.

Empathy Architecture begins with a design idea. Firstly a developer promotes a design idea, such as a house or market garden. Then investors pay for the design and pay workers to maintain the development. The designs need to practice sustainable design principles and workers need to be paid enough money for provided enough resources to live healthy.

A rural planning system of 2 x 1 hectare residential areas per 5 hectares, alongside 3 hectares of commercial agriculture will develop in harmony with the fibonacci sequence.

Potentially for every 5 hectares of rural land, 1 hectare will be used by a family (with their own fruit and vegetable supply) and 1 hectare will be used as a camping area for workers looking to save up for their dream home.

1 (family home), 1 (campsite), 2 hectares for residential living, 3 hectares for commercial agriculture (to feed the greater society), 5 hectares for the local communal enterprise (where residents share tools and knowledge).

This planning system will allow existing large scale mono-crop farmers to sell portions of their land to help resolve the housing supply crisis as well as pave the way for more eco-friendly agricultural techniques.

In mathematics, the Fibonacci numbers are the numbers in the following integer sequence, called the Fibonacci sequence, and characterized by the fact that every number after the first two is the sum of the two preceding ones:[1][2]

Solar Village Development Options

1. Government Funded Solar Villages
Governments use public land to build many tiny homes and eco-cottages with solar panel roofing, with all the power generated from the public land going toward providing power to Government funded amenities, such as hospitals, schools, stadiums, etc.

People will then rent the tiny homes and eco-cottages. The property management contract will be tendered out using the H Index for Tendering (awarding contracts based on who provides the most ecological wealth, social capital and price affordability). The residents will form a resident’s association and will submit all necessary maintenance work to the local council, who will administer all maintenance work.

Publicly funded solar villages will provide work options nearby for residents or provide benefit payments to residents so they can afford to pay the rent and their other basic needs.

2. Privately Funded Solar Villages
Private companies buy land and build accommodation with solar roofs and walls, with all the solar power generated going to providing energy for the company’s enterprise. People will rent the accommodation off the private company. The private company will seek to employ residents of the solar village so rent payments are reliable.

3. Universal Basic Income Solar Villages
Real Estate companies will advertise for people to purchase land-lease-titles by investing in a property development project. Each land-lease-title will be priced according to location within the village (some locations may be more attractive than others). People may buy the land-lease-titles with the intention of becoming residents or as investors who lease their land-title. The power generated by the solar panels will provide energy to a communal enterprise that provides all residents within the village with a universal basic income. Each land-lease-title will allow for a family to reside on the title (Father, Mother and their children). All able bodied residents of the village (over the age of 18) will be obliged to participate in the communal enterprise that brings wealth into the village. Only once enough income is made by the communal enterprise will residents be allowed to pursue their individual endeavours. The communal enterprise will pay business tax. The income individuals earn will be subject to income tax (or not if Governments choose not to tax income, instead choosing to use GST to raise public funds). Land-lease-title-owners who don’t meet their work obligations for the communal enterprise will be asked to leave the village. All village-relevant-activity will be managed via democracy. People will be free to leave the village whenever they want. When leaving the village people will sell their land-lease-titles to an agreed upon person or persons (authorised by village leaders).
