Parewaitai Village Stage 2A complete!

19 villas delivered, including a mix of standalone, duplex and triplex homes.

This stage moved quickly from the outset, with great momentum maintained throughout thanks to the hard work of our team and subcontractors. We're proud to have delivered another quality stage for a valued client.

Stage 2B is now underway, with 17 more villas taking shape and the first units already framed. Exciting to see Parewaitai Village continue to grow.

From breaking ground on 1 September to final handovers in early May, this 26-unit project in Mangawhai has been an awesome example of what strong collaboration can achieve.

The first 7 units were handed over to the Metlifecare sales team in March, with the remaining homes completed in early May.

A huge thank you to our subcontractors, suppliers, and merchant partners who worked alongside the BMC team to make this deadline not only achievable, but smooth from start to finish.
