Made with our preserved Augustines apricots in Riesling syrup, apricot coulis, summer blueberries from Blue Willow Blueberries, Fairfield, Dunedin., and creamy yoghurt from Farm Fresh South.
🧇 Waffles
Served with heritage apple purée, crabapple jelly, our preserved Black Doris plums in Pinot Noir, and mascarpone cream.
🍞 Toast of the Week
Smoked mackerel, avocado cream, greens, pickles, gooseberry sauce, cornchip crunch, and jalapeños (optional!).
