Great job At Ohau lodge removing a few large gums that were shading the accomodation(and growing too large for the location/proximity to the lodge and power lines). Another awesome week of work on the Milford Road, with an epic crew!!

A fun climb taking the dying tops and deadwood out of this gum tree last week, this one is about 35 metres tall with stunning views below, where the owners have planted out a native forest. Pleased they’ve kept the few gums dotted throughout for some diversity!!
