Another project complete!

What was once a modest 1910s two-bedroom home has been transformed into a light-filled modern retreat. By opening up the living spaces, raising ceiling heights, adding a new master suite, and extending the home toward the sun and harbour views, this renovation completely reimagines how the home is lived in and enjoyed.

Another big milestone reached on this four-unit apartment development, with the structure really starting to take shape on site.

Roofing progress is well underway, while inside the framing, services, and internal layouts are all coming together nicely. This project has been carefully designed to maximise space, efficiency, and modern living, while creating a strong streetscape presence and comfortable interiors for future occupants.

Looking forward to seeing the next stages come together as work continues on site. Big thanks to Gary Ford Builders for all the hard work so far.

Progress is well underway on this residential renovation and extension project, with framing and blockwork now taking shape on site.

The aim is to extend both the bedroom and living areas to create a more functional layout, improve flow, and provide additional living space for the homeowners. The new deck area is also beginning to come together, designed to work with the site contours while creating a stronger connection to the outdoors.

Inside, structural works and framing are progressing steadily, with widened openings helping to open up the living and kitchen spaces. Retrofit double glazing throughout the home will also help improve comfort and efficiency once complete.

Progress is moving along nicely on this home renovation and extension project.

With scaffolding up and major interior works well underway, the transformation is really starting to take shape. This project includes a full reconfiguration of the existing living spaces, a new sunroom designed to maximize natural light and views, upgraded indoor-outdoor flow with new deck areas, and a range of functional improvements throughout the home.

Inside, new linings, stair works, and framing are progressing well. It’s always exciting seeing these larger renovation projects evolve from demolition stage.

This alteration will reconfigure the existing home to create a more functional and connected living environment. Early works are now in progress, with demolition complete and foundations underway as the transformation begins to take shape.

This design extends the front of the existing home while reworking the interior layout to create a more functional, open, and light-filled living environment. Featuring soaring ceilings and expansive glazing, the new spaces have been carefully designed to feel both spacious and inviting.

We’re looking forward to seeing these renders come to life as construction gets underway.

Another project complete!

This renovation transformed the existing home into a warm, modern, and functional living space. The project included opening up the interiors, upgrading bathrooms and living areas, increasing window sizes to maximize natural light, and improving insulation throughout the home.

A carefully layered palette of natural textures, warm timber tones, and refined finishes brings a sense of luxury and cohesion to every space. Designed with quality and craftsmanship at the forefront, this is a project we’re incredibly proud to see completed.

Some projects mean a little more than others.
This home became a true team effort alongside SB 2 BUILD LTD, coming together to help a family through a challenging season and ensure they had a space designed for connection, comfort, and growth.
With a new kitchen at the heart of the home, a bath for the children, and an open-plan layout that brings the family together, every part of this project focused on creating a place that works for everyday life and the moments that matter most.
Made possible through Sarah's generosity, time, and commitment, this project was a reminder of what people can achieve when they come together with genuine care for others. Proud to have played a part in something bigger than the build itself.
