We are stoked to be a part of the substantial makeover currently happening at The Bowline 10 pin bowling alley on Kaikorai valley road.

We have undertaken significant planing , site management and strategies currently being implemented so as to undertake our work efficiently to conform with our clients tight schedule and keeping ahead of other trades requiring access to areas , all whilst having to protect their valuable assets and work around various obstacles.

Its all part of the expert and friendly service we strive to provide for for all of our valued clients big or small.

Awesome project to be involved with and see the inner workings of how the facility operates.

This roof was only a few years away from an expensive full replacement.

Using premium products combined with specialist techniques we managed to save the client thousands by extensivly attending to the surface rust , replace some flashings , repairing a few holes and resecuing loose fixings ect rather than a full replacement and also caring for the enviroment by saving it from ending up in the landfill.

As usual this job was a breeze for the client as we took care of all the safety measures and subcontractors required and was completed in a prompt and efficient manner.

Now looks as good as new and will last for many years to come .

Effective Property Solutions had the pleasure of recently redecorating this beautiful character home in Maori Hill. Including a new modern stylish colour scheme and full external repaint working in conjunction with other contractors undertaking works on site. I am absolutely thrilled with the end result as are the clients.
