It's been a while. Harvest time again. Most of last year's got wiped out by a fire, except some that our friend Allison picked and preserved for us. Starting again. Having to do small batches as the 12 liter stockpot is not around!! First lot, 2kg plums for jam. Usually do 4kg batches.

The last trailer of green waste off to the tip, up to 100kg for $3:30, I've perfected the art of just keeping under the 100kg. Also a load of general waste, the trailer can't handle much more than 200kg so never get close to the 350kg bracket.

I'm happy with the transformation!! Pretty much under control now. What a difference!! It had just started to come away ...
