Recently had to dismantle a coal boiler due to the fuel pipe that has an auger inside needing replaced as it had worn down over the years.
Photos are of different stages from pulling it apart and reinstating to lighting it back up.

Some big changes in the way we heat schools as coal is out and pellet boilers are in. This is some of the pipe work on various boilers I’ve installed though out the year. Pellet boilers are a huge improvement on heating times with faster heating and way less ashes compared to coal boilers. There also a lot cleaner for your boiler room and the equipment they house. No longer are boiler rooms covered in ash. Much easier to maintain and clean.
