Mid winter colour in Gore Southland NZ ❣️ it's been a mild winter so far only had a few frosts and getting lots of cool sunny days. Great for tidying up the yard and editing the garden. New patio, replacing rock and brick edges with tanalised timber along the back driveway edges and generally getting rid of spare rocks, bricks and trashing old ornaments and rusty garden art. Time to review how much work we don't want. Happy gardening 🪏🏡

Mid winter and it's been so mild here in Gore Southland NZ this is what I picked yesterday from the garden. The very last Chrysanthemums they have been late in flowering but also very beautiful ❤️ and long lasting. The second picture is a vase of Chrysanthemums I picked almost 3 weeks ago. Aren't they amazing 😍
