This one might be a Career Peak, quite fortunate to be part of this historic and special project. The new Greymouth Library.
Amazing views from sunny calm days to storms and everything in between, watching boats come and go, people walking and cyclists passing on the floodwall, all the different moods of the Grey river.
Spaces in here for everyone from Playground to Make and create area, Parents room meeting and conference areas public computers West coast history and private spaces for other uses, Cafe outdoor seating area. So much view and window space to enjoy.
Finally we can enjoy the special views we have always had.

5 coats on this ceiling, two undercoat 3 top coats, 65 times swinging that spray pole per coat so 325 times to get it sorted, plus the sanding hole filling and gapping. Takes a lot behind the scenes to make something look nice sometimes.

Exterior repaint, we had to strip some areas back as the condition was to far gone, 70 soakers installed over weatherboard joins, holes repaired and loose areas re screwed, many tubes of gaps and fillers, no point in a repaint if these repairs are not done as well. Another very happy owner.

Well it looks like the Cats out of the bag now, Greymouth Pounamu Pathway Interactive Experience centre is officially open, what an amazing journey and Privalage it was helping to bring this amazing project to life, Of course without my team mate Dan I couldn't even dream of taking such a large project on, we needed help towards the last 6 weeks to get this one over the line before due date and we made some new friends, Sami from Sami's painting thank you so much, Mel and Dan from Get plastered thank you both so much for your help also Dave and his mate for more very tricky negative detail plastering around wooden beams. Really has been a wonderful experience and of course Huge thanks to Tony and Megan Wilkins from TWB Builders and all staff involved, subcontractors, design team RM designs, management, even the Electricians cleaned up after themselves 😁
