So stoked with our latest development at Powells Rd. These quality homes have received the R J Alderton Builders treatment, with extra insulation, passive ventilation, high-end products and built with incredible attention to detail. Thanks again to Alex Lynch, Mike Robinson, Vanessa Mace and all our contractors for helping us create these houses we are so proud of.

The vents are for our passive attic space ventilation system. This system mitigates moisture levels and temperatures in the attic space year round. It works 24/7 at no cost to the home owner.
