While washing the exterior of this home the owner asked if we could clean the concrete areas and their furniture. The out door hardwood furniture is nearly three years old and came with a clear oil to give a natural look. Clearly it did not do its advertised job which we see very often.
After we have treated and cleaned off the mould we sand out the faded/ blonded surface and apply two coats of heavy duty light coloured stain for hardwoods. There has to be colour added to stain so it can handle our strong UV Rays.

The most important part is to keep up with the yearly maintenance and apply another coat of stain when it starts to break down keeping it looking like new.

houses require constant yearly maintenance to keep them looking and functioning well. After the wash down we check over what needs to be touched or recoated. With this one we also killed the lichen growing on roof, cleaned the concrete paths and restained the decks.
