Join the PMD Painting Team!

We are seeking a full-time painter to join our crew at PMD Painting. Our team takes pride in delivering high-quality work, and we genuinely enjoy what we do. If you’re passionate about painting or interested in learning the trade, we want to hear from you!

Job Details:

• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (hours may vary)
• Some weekend and out-of-town work may be required
• Pay Rate: Based on experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Painting experience is a plus, but we offer training and the possibility of an apprenticeship for the right candidate.

Requirements:

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve
• Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job
• Must provide at least two references
• Must pass a drug and background check.
• Driver’s License: Minimum of an NZ Restricted License and reliable transportation to our base

Today is Gumboot Friday, here at PMD Painting we are proud to have donated to such a great cause to help the ones that are in need.

Text Boots to 469 for a $3 donation or go on to their website for more ways to donate.

We have donated $500 to the I AM HOPE Organisation and challenge any other company to do the same if not better it.

PMD Painting are on the look out for a new full time team member to start ASAP, We are a team that pride ourselves in the quality of our work and love what we do.

Work consists of a 5 Day week, 7.30am - 5.00pm (hours may vary). Weekend and away work maybe required, Pay rates are based on experience. Painting experience isn't required as we offer training and the opportunity of an apprenticeship with BCITO.

Must have a great attitude, get on well with others, be able to think on the go, willing to learn, fit and healthy, at least two references, pass drug and background check, minimum of a NZ Restricted drivers and reliable transport to our workshop in Te Rapa.

It takes one minute to go from the end bedroom, to the main, then downstairs to the wine cellar. We haven’t been wearing a pedometer, but the interior crew are going to be toned by the end of this job!!

Here’s a little update of the Lake Road commercial. The interior was finished the day before Lockdown, now we’re getting stuck into this exterior. Looking forward to seeing the finished product, she’s in very good hands. (Also, say hello to the “Extendo brush 3000 😂) @ Cambridge, New Zealand
