We completed this fence on Napier Hill not too long ago.

Customer picked this to match their Villa style house. Constructed with PVC Fencing (Dura Fence) which is easy to maintain while giving a clean look.

Everybody loves a fresh, new bathroom and this customer was no exception.

Demolished existing bathroom, re-arranged the layout to give better flow while taking advantage of that big window then re-installed all fittings.
Contracted out the plumbing and electrical (Birch Electrical) work but completed the tiling ourselves.

The customer especially loves the handy sensor light under the floating vanity, the deep bath and the beautiful tile.

Align Construction removed the exisiting timber paling fence and replaced with a modern look colour steel fence.
We were able to re-use the existing posts which helped decrease the cost for the customer and speed up the job!

A recent large project was building a two-bedroom secondary dwelling for my Nan at my parent's property.
This house includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, scullery, living room and a deck out front.
The house also has a ducted heating system that both heats and cools which Nan especially loves!
We added cedar front cladding to give character to the build.
One of the bathrooms includes a walk in, entry level shower to create easy access for Nan along with a small walk in wardrobe.
Low-level sensor lighting in the hallway and bedroom also assists at night-time.

Hi, I'm Josh - owner of Align Construction. I was born and raised in Hawkes Bay and now run my business here with the help of my partner Allyssa (keeping me in line) and two sons (helping me lose my hair).
