6 years ago, (In 2 weeks time.) I fell in love with this overgrown property whilst out on a ride with the Dutchie. He did not want to move from our new build in Beachlands... I dragged him kicking and screaming to Hunua. But oh how he loves it. Lol...

Out feeding the apples and noticed this wee hommel in a cafe au lait dahlia. Only to notice behind it a decapitated hen 😪😭 then another in the hedgerow... my blind hen is missing and an aracuna. Burial for the barred rock and silkie. We'd only recently repbaited our stoat trap and rat stations on the outside of the run. RIP girls 😪😭
