Perched above Lake Manapouri, Cabot Lodge Villa was designed as a refined retreat immersed in the Fiordland landscape. Its distinctive octagonal form draws from the wider Cabot Lodge itself, creating a cohesive architectural language across the site while opening panoramic views in multiple directions.

Deep overhangs, dark cladding, and expansive glazing allow the home to sit quietly within its setting, framing the ever-changing light, mountains, and lake beyond.

We’re thrilled to share this beautifully finished home, brought to life by the clever team at Smiths Do Build.

This project features stunning exterior timber detailing in the custom garage door to the louvred privacy screen' seamlessly integrated within the cladding, creating a warm, cohesive exterior.

Inside, the high-end finishes continue with a beautifully detailed kitchen, bathrooms, and custom joinery that elevate the overall design.

A fantastic collaboration by all involved and an exceptional result!
