Project 1/15 - Before the open home.

Something a wee bit different today. This property is actually on the market with the first open home this weekend , but the owner wanted us to get in and give it a final service...

So what did we do?

> Cleaned the oven
> Cleaned kitchen cupboards
> Power washed pathways
> Cleaned inside of windows
> Cleaned toilet & bathroom.
> Gave the entrance doorway and arrival hall a wee spruce up...

The point here is - the owner knows, if you have done your very best to present your home, the Agent gets the best opportunity to sell it looking it's best..

A wee bit different today.
We were all the way out at Sheffield to give the sheffield rugby Pavillion a targeted deep clean.

The job - to clean every window track and joinery, to clean every framed photo on the walls, to clean the fun, orange light shades - a lot of all 3. And to give the bathrooms kitchen, floors and skirting a refresh...

We really enjoyed supporting this historic club, and thanks to great communication by caretaker Sofie - it all went smoothly...

The Property Care Team helping properties and commercial buildings look a little bit better..

Project 31 continued:
From The Property Care Team
It took a minute to get through it all, and now we can share the before and after of the extensive outdoor work we've just completed on the gardens and grounds.

The Challenge - To bring the grounds back to a place where her new owners can see the opportunity of what they might do with all this space.

This has been a real privilege to work on, and we're now on the deep clean of the inside, the carpets, the windows and waterblasting the pathways and outdoor spaces.

She will be on the market real soon - listing by Hazel Youngman - Total Realty 1.5% ...

4 bedrooms, single level, triple garage & carport, rumpus room...

On Project 31 we have teamed up with Luke from North Canterbury Junk/Rubbish removal to remove the Spa pool, clean gutters and down pipes. Luke and his team did a fantastic job. Highly recommend!
