Following on from our last post, for the interior of this Eastbourne property our clients have embraced a beautiful sage green palette, reflecting the natural surroundings and creating a calm, inviting space to enjoy the stunning views.
Faux concrete panels in the lounge introduce a striking textural contrast, adding depth and visual interest. Oak stairs guide you up to the main living areas, drawing attention to the outlook beyond.
In the kitchen, dark grained finishes paired with sage green cabinetry complement the warm brass accents and the benchtops extend seamlessly into the splashback, creating a clean, cohesive look.

Nestled into the hillside of Eastbourne, Lower Hutt, this renovation is thoughtfully designed to embrace its stunning native bush surroundings and expansive sea views. The roofline was reimagined using a modern Espan profile, which extends seamlessly down the exterior walls to wrap the building in a striking protective shell. The new dark cladding contrasts elegantly with the original weatherboards, creating a refined yet grounded aesthetic.
For the outdoor living space, the clients dreamed of a striking, exposed industrial style deck, which adds a bold, layered element complimenting the home’s coastal setting and accentuates the steepness of the site.
