Recently we completed a new building for the Samoan Methodist Church in Taita, Lower Hutt. Not our typical type of work, but still rewarding. The clients did a magnificent job at decorating and fitting out the inside.

It's been just over 3 weeks now that NZ dropped down to Level 1. Since doing so, I have been to see 19 new job enquiries!

People are still keen to renovate, extend and modernise their homes, with even the odd new home thrown in.

It’s the weekend!

Intelligent Design remains active over this Covid-19 lockdown period. We have set up offices at home and are connected to our projects and each other thanks to the beauty of technology.

Another reminder that Intelligent Design is still operating over this Covid-19 lockdown period. The staff have set up bases at home and are connected thanks to the beauty of technology.

You may be interested to hear that the majority of our current clients have decided to proceed with their project, which is good news. Even more interesting may be the fact that we have picked up a handful of new jobs over the past week! So it is not all doom and gloom out there, and people are realizing that when life returns to 'normal', the housing sector will still be under pressure.
