🌲 Angel's Mum bought me a Japanese Maple for my birthday;
Acer Palmatum Dissectum Viridian, a deciduous, weeping Maple with almost fern-like leaves (1.2m H x 1m W).
I decided to make this a centre piece, viewable from the living room.
To compliment the green Viridis I purchased another Maple;
Acer Palmatum Bloodgold, an upright tree with a deep maroon foliage (4m H x 3m W)
To highlight this new garden I installed edging almost acting as a retaining wall where my lawn is uneven.
In the middle you'll notice my Tamarillo tree, growing on an angle. I like the asymmetry this adds but may remove in the future🌲
